The New American - the Revitalization of Kansas City Series is a monthly series of programs intended to build and maintain momentum toward a healthy and vibrant urban core by engaging the public in issues facing downtown Kansas City. The Greater Kansas City Chamber has partnered with the Central Exchange and the Downtown Council in support of this series. The fourth program, "How Do We Turn the Corner?", will feature Wayne Cauthen, City Manager; Bill Dietrich, President & CEO, Downtown Council; and Rick Hughes, President & CEO, Convention & Visitors Bureau. The panelists will discuss what Kansas City has uniquely going for it. Reservations are required for this luncheon program and can be made by calling the Central Exchange at (816) 471-7560 ext. 10. The cost to attend is $15 for Chamber members (please mention Chamber membership when registering) and $20 to the general public.
