The New American - the Revitalization of Kansas City Series is a monthly series of programs intended to build and maintain momentum toward a healthy and vibrant urban core by engaging the public in issues facing downtown Kansas City. The Greater Kansas City Chamber has partnered with the Central Exchange and the Downtown Council in support of this series.
For the January program, "Kansas City after defeat of Bistate", will feature Mayor Kay Barnes and City Manager Wayne Cauthen discussing the next steps for taking Kansas City to big league status.
Reservations are required for this luncheon program and can be made by calling the Central Exchange at (816) 471-7560 ext. 10. The cost to attend is $15 for Chamber members (please mention Chamber membership when registering) and $20 to the general public.
