This year’s theme is New Game. New Rules. Leading in Today’s World.
And because 2010 is a “new game” for us all, we have a new format for this year’s conference. The focus is on a forecast of what the next ten years will bring and how we can each make our own future in this decade of drastic change, including the skills to be effective leaders in whatever endeavors we choose.
Our day will begin with an inspirational message from author Lee Woodruff about adaptation and change. Next, Bob Johansen from the Institute for the Future will present Future Forces That Will Shape Your Next Decade, a presentation including an interactive panel with local leaders.
Daniel Pink, author of the ground-breaking best-sellers A Whole New Mind and Drive, will speak on leadership skills for today’s world and the science of motivating ourselves and others. Pink will offer tips, tools and takeaways in a provocative and entertaining afternoon presentation.
