Most adults in the U.S. are not saving enough for their retirement years and small business plan sponsors are increasingly being asked to play key roles in protecting their employees' retirement assets.  Today's small business owner is being confronted by financial market volatilities, judicial decisions allowing employees to sue their employers over retirement plan decisions, evolving trends in the types of plans being used, and demands from employees to provide retirement plan benefits.
