Ribbon Cutting / Grand Re-Opening - 45 Madison Apartments on the Plaza

Please join the Chamber in celebrating the Re-Grand Opening Party for 45 Madison Apartments.
The event is open to all members and non-members.  

When CRES Management, L.L.C.  acquires an apartment community, it means great things are happening and that’s certainly the case at 45 Madison Apartments!  Since January, the management team has been working diligently on improvements and adding even more amenities to this luxury plaza apartment community.  Now that the improvements are completed, it’s time to unveil them to the public and they want you to be part of the celebration.

Stop by between 4-8 pm and enjoy the Island Calypso sound of “Tropical Zone”.  They will have a delicious Caribbean menu, and drinks.  The Ribbon Cutting Ceremony begins at 5:30 pm, but the celebration starts when you arrive.   Exciting door prizes include a new Nook, and  a  “Royal” Treatment basket that include Royals tickets.  Hope to see you there!
