Kick-off your First Friday Fun at the opening of Bar Louie in the Kansas City Power & Light District.   Ribbon cutting ceremony and festivities start at 4:30 p.m.

This hip neighborhood restaurant and bar specializes in handcrafted signature martinis and cocktails in addition to an exceptional selection of distinctly prepared small plates, sandwiches and burgers.
