The Revitalization of Kansas City Series is a monthly series of programs intended to build and maintain momentum toward a healthy and vibrant urban core by engaging the public in issues facing downtown Kansas City. The Greater Kansas City Chamber has partnered with The Central Exchange in support of this series.
Carol Dyson, Interim Executive Director for the American Jazz Museum will give an update on the exciting things that are taking place at the 18th and Vine District, a historical gem in our city that was the center of commerce for the African-American community from the 1920s-1960s.
Reservations are required for this luncheon program and can be made by calling The Central Exchange at (816) 471-7560 ext. 10. The cost to attend is $15 for Chamber members (please mention Chamber membership when registering) and $25 to the general public. There is no charge for members of The Central Exchange.
