Documentary Chronicling Kansas City's Transformation

Featuring Bob Marcusse, President and CEO of KCADC and Aimee Larrabee, Filmmaker, Inland Sea Productions

Through a partnership with the Kansas City Area Development Council, nationally renowned documentary film producers John Altman and Aimee Larrabee of Inland Sea Productions and a team from Kansas City's TakeTwo Productions are currently filming the metamorphosis of downtown during the course of a three-year project entitled "Mending the heart of an American City -- The Next American Dream".  The filmmakers are interviewing designers, master planners, landscape architects, community leaders, city visionaries, and noted urban planners at the national level, as well as chronicling the history of the city's downtown and multi-county growth.  Bob Marcusse, president and CEO of Kansas City Area Development Council and film producer Larrabee, will discuss the project and what the film may mean for Kansas City.
