Biosciences, Higher Ed & Health Care:

a Closer Look at Where the Region Stands

Join The Greater Kansas City Chamber of Commerce Regional Alliance on Tuesday, May 13^th from noon to 1:30 p.m . for a post-Seattle, in-depth regional Life Sciences industry update. Presenters will include Dr. Roy Jensen, Director for the University of Kansas Medical Center; Dr. Bill Duncan, President of the Kansas City Area Life Sciences Institute;  Dr. Dan Richardson, CEO of K-State Olathe Innovation Campus , and others.    Following our inspiring look at Seattle's development of the bioscience industry and the Puget Sound region's support for higher education, this meeting will give local leaders an updated look at our region's progress and continuing needs and opportunities in biosciences, higher education and health care.  

This luncheon will be held in Room 1003 of the Beller Conference Center, on the NE Corner of 39th and Rainbow in the new Kansas Life Sciences Innovation Center at the University of Kansas Medical Center.   (If you have not seen these state-of-the-art bioscience facility, please don't miss this opportunity.)
