Identify the elements of a good negotiation and to gain insight into how to achieve them.

Many negotiators accept or reject proposals arbitrarily often on a hunch. Successful negotiators have predetermined set of criteria (which do not limit creative ideas) that need to be met before an agreement can be reached. This gives them the confidence and tools to know when to accept or reject proposals based on true standards.
