Join The Chamber; The Civic Council of Greater Kansas City, the Economic Development Corporation of Kansas City, Missouri; the City of Kansas City, Missouri; and Metropolitan Community College for events in Jefferson City celebrating the first session of the 96th Missouri General Assembly.
It is going to be a fun and productive day! A stellar lineup of legislative leaders is ready to talk KC business issues and priorities. A final and revised copy of the 2011 REVISED Missouri Public Policy Agenda will be available at bus check-in.
Attire is business casual, comfortable shoes are encouraged.
11 a.m.
Depart from Union Station (30 W. Pershing). Park in the West Yards Garage (also labeled Union Station Garage). This is the 4-story parking garage to the west of Union Station. Participants will receive parking validation for this garage only.
Bus transportation, courtesy of Kansas City Transportation Group, will be leaving from the parking lot to the north of the West Yards garage entrance—also labeled visitor parking. A box lunch will be served on the bus to those who have made a reservation.

Arrive at Capitol, Jefferson City. Gather in basement hearing room for meetings with the following legislative leaders.

Arrive at Jefferson City Doubletree for Reception. All legislators invited and welcome. Enjoy beverages and a BBQ meal dinner.
