Missouri Risk-Based Corrective Action (MRBCA) Program

How will I benefit from this seminar?

Significant time and effort has been spent over the last few years to develop a risk-based corrective action program for addressing soil and groundwater issues in the State of Missouri (MRBCA). This risk-based approach has been developed through a cooperative effort of the Missouri Department of Natural Resources and a widely diverse group of stakeholders throughout the State, and has resulted in a program that will be applicable to sites under a wide variety of regulatory activities (RCRA, CERCLA, VCP and Tanks). This one-day seminar will help participants understand major changes in how sites will be investigated and remediated under this new program and will offer practical implementation insights.Participants will gain a better understanding of how MRBCA will function, and the processes and procedures which form the basis for this approach.
