He started roasting coffee in his Brookside basement...and has evolved into an executive with an internationally successful homegrown business.At this reception and seminar, O'Neill will cover the methods and strategies he uses to locate his growers, set up his distribution channels, and manage a global business. Since The Roasterie was founded, he has made numerous trips to Costa Rica, Panama, Kenya, Ethiopia, India, Colombia, Guatemala, and Brazil, touring segments of the coffee industry and locating premier coffee bean estates.
