David Seamon, Assistant City Manager for Economic Development/Development Services; Stan Harris, Director of Public Works; and Tom Coyle, Director of City Planning and Development; for the City of Kansas City, Missouri will; discuss the development review process at City Hall and progress that has taken place since The Chamber’s 2003 survey on this subject.
City Councilman Terry Riley, Fifth District, will provide an update on city issues.
