Presenters:
Dr. Makaroff is a family physician and Senior Vice President of Prevention and Early Detection at the American Cancer Society. She oversees a broad portfolio of cancer prevention and early detection initiatives including health equity, cancer screening, HPV vaccination, tobacco control, comprehensive cancer control, and other national partnerships.
Cindy Kirtley is Director of Benefits for JE Dunn Construction where she has oversight of employee benefit programs, retirement and an award-winning wellness program. She loves being a JE Dunn employee-owner, and being part of a team that has the Best People + Right Culture. Prior to joining JE Dunn, Cindy handled employee benefits for Smithfield Foods, Inc., and spent many years prior to that as a life and disability account manager. Cindy holds an MBA from Rockhurst University, and resides in Kansas City, Missouri, with her family.
