Event Description:

Join us May 19th for a special Chamber Environment Committee meeting at The Anita Gorman Discovery Center!  We will have the opportunity to hear from Brad Nies, BNIM Architects, about the current outlook for environmental stewardship in Kansas City, as well as other current Environmental issues of interest.  There will also be a brief presentation by Travis Wallace, who will be discussing Performance Roof Systems and various environmental practices and procedures followed there. 

There will be an optional tour of the Discovery Center, led by Laura Lesniewski, immediately following the meeting.  The Missouri Conservation Department will be providing trees for those in attendance.

This meeting will be held Tuesday, May 19, at 8:00 a.m., in the Lewis & Clark Room at the Anita Gorman Discovery Center.  Please RSVP to Taylor Haynes at haynes@kcchamber.com if you would like to attend this meeting.
