The Chamber's Minority Business Alliance and the Kansas City Convention and Visitors Association are proud to present: Understanding the Certification Process.

This interactive workshop is designed to educate attendees on which government agencies are responsible for certifying companies such as: DBE; WBE; MBE; and/or 8(a) business.

Attendees will also learn how Participation Goals are set and how Minority and Women-owned businesses can participate in procurement opportunities for construction, professional services, goods and supplies, and other service related contracts.
