Topeka Government Trip
This task force should emphasize several things, including the various aspects of State government (legislative, executive, administrative, etc.). In particular, there should be a focus on the relationship between Johnson County, Wyandotte County Kansas and the rest of the State. Consideration should be given for getting a delegation of legislators to discuss issues such as education, biosciences, taxes, healthcare, and economic growth. There should also be a discussion on how we as community leaders can best get involved in impacting policy that affects our businesses. The end of the day will conclude with a reception hosted by The Chamber.
