"Leading from the Back"

One model of leadership that is rarely promoted, taught or encouraged is servant leadership. Every organization has "customers" or people they serve. This session examines what servant leadership is, the motives of servant leadership and principles of servant leadership. In addition, it gives participants the opportunity to identify who, why and how they serve in order to take action steps in becoming a servant leader. This interactive workshop involves participants in discussions, experiential challenges and learning activities.
