"Tech Tales" Jeff Shackelford, tech guys, inc. There are a number of humorous and heartening tales resulting from servicing clients' computers and networks. From providing emergency service to the spouse of a soldier in Iraq so they could communicate via e-mail once every 6 weeks to responding to calls to simply plug in a cable so a printer would work to solving problems related to pirated software, the tech guys have seen it all. This talk focuses on the humor of troubleshooting technology problems and how to proactively address those problems.
