"Leading a Team" Jan Wilkerson, Right Management Consultants Participants at all levels learn to build trust, credibility and cooperation in their relationships with others across functions and within their own areas. Participants practice the effective use of influencing tactics such as: reasoning, inspiring and consulting, as well as, recognizing, exchanging and coalition building. This workshop will help accelerate development of leadership capability in the team leadership skill area.
