Conflict is defined as difference: a disagreement or clash between ideas, principles, or people. In this seminar, participants will learn the differences in personal communication styles and their impact on conflict management. Discussion will focus on the nature of conflict and the differences in conflict management styles. Finally, participants will walk-away with an action plan to address needs and opportunities to become more effective in conflict management.
