Denise McNerney is a true innovator who has facilitated and/or led the planning and execution of hundreds of change efforts in the course of her successful 25+ year career. She is the CEO of iBossWell, Inc., a consulting firm, focusing on developing & aligning vision, tactics, and organizational culture to lead organizations to outstanding performance. She co-designed and facilitated "Inclusive Boards for a Diverse Community", a six-month program which recruited, trained, and placed minorities on local nonprofit boards in NW Arkansas. Over 60 board positions were filled over the course of the three years this program was offered. She is co-author of the book The PeoplePACT: Achieving Exemplary Performance Through Humane Leadership, and the creator of the first-to-market online strategic planning and performance tool: WePlanWell.
Parking will be validated for the West Yard Garage, the 4 story parking garage located on the northwest side of Union Station. Our offices are located in the southwest corner of Union Station above the post office. Take the elevator or stairs to the 2nd floor conference room.
