Using What You Have to Get What You Want
Today's economy makes it more important than ever to be strategic when positioning your agency and reaching out to influential community members. MCC - Penn Valley recently hosted the Unsung Sheroes Awards ceremony and several outreach efforts. The workshop will examine these initiatives as case studies for developing partnerships to support an organization's mission.
At the conclusion of the session, participants will:
Learn the effectiveness of the personal touch for developing community partnerships
Develop strategies for creating mutually beneficial partnerships with community leaders & agencies
Learn to make their agency resonate with prospective partners
Focus on what makes their agency unique and capitalize on it
This session is open to both Chamber members and Nonprofit Connect members. If you are a Nonprofit Connect member and would like to register, please contact The Chamber at brainfood@kcchamber.com or (816) 374-5472. Please be sure to mention that you are a member of Nonprofit Connect.
