Authentic Power & Leadership
True leaders understand power and the importance of authenticity. While there are many programs on leadership, very few address authenticity and power. This program is for senior level executives who want to engage in rich discussions about the complexities of leading people in a way that is thought provoking, yet practical and pragmatic.
At the conclusion of this session, participants will:
Explore the fundamental concepts about power and authenticity
Learn the six stages of power
Learn how to apply the six stages of power to leading and managing others
Have the opportunity to reflect on their own level of power and authenticity
Develop action plans for personal growth
This session is best suited for high-level, exempt employees (i.e. managers, directors, and above). Not recommended for non-exempt staff or people with fewer than 5 years in the workforce.
