Gathering business cards is just the beginning. Learn how to not only make the connection but keep these connections fresh, even if some time has elapsed since the initial introduction.

Karen H. Hester is Director of Career Services and Director of Diversity and Inclusion at the University of Kansas School of Law. Prior to joining KU, she practiced elder law. Karen has a B.S. in mathematics, a M.S. in Student Personnel and Counseling, a J.D. and a LL.M. in taxation.

Terry A. Vadovski is the Recruiting Coordinator for Stinson Morrison Hecker LLP, a law firm in Kansas City, MO.  She has several years of recruiting experience from previous positions with Wesleyan College in Omaha, the Deloitte & Touche accounting firm, and a three-year stint as the recruiting coordinator for Butzel Long in Detroit. She has a B.S. in Interdisciplinary Studies from the University of Nebraska at Omaha.

Lunches will be provided by Grandma's Office Catering.
