In this seminar, participants will understand the dynamics of change and learn how to use those dynamics to advance efforts rather than derail them, gain tips on managing and leading through the challenges posed by resistance to change and avoiding the risks that come with major changes, and learn how to integrate change management into the plan. 
 
Learning Objectives:
  • Understand George Land's growth curve including the phases and dynamics of each level of development
  • Increase appreciation of the impact of organizational culture on performance outcomes of strategic and operational plans
  • Integrate specific actions around organizational cultural development into operational plans
  • Gain tips on dealing with those team members who resist change
  • Develop a communication plan supporting organizational change

Denise McNerney is CEO of iBossWell, Inc. which focuses on developing and aligning vision, tactics, and organizational culture to lead organizations to exemplary performance.  Denise has extensive experience developing high performance teams, facilitating strategic planning, and leading organizations through change.  She co-authored The PeoplePACT:  Achieving Exemplary Performance Through Humane Leadership.
