Growing Pains: Assess Your Need for Change
Getting past the startup stage is just the first hurdle businesses must cross. Once businesses start growing, new challenges appear. This program will help the leaders of growth businesses recognize the red flags of growing pains and identify areas in their business to focus on to maintain and encourage future growth.
At the conclusion of the session, participants will:
Recognize the most common red flags of business growth that indicate a need for organizational, strategic, and leadership change
Understand the needed changes indicated by the growing pains red flags
Measure their own business's organizational growing pains
Identify the areas in their businesses that need further organizational development to sustain and create future growth
This session is best suited for key leaders of businesses and nonprofits that have successfully navigated the startup stage and are now focused on growing their business instead of surviving. These businesses will likely have revenues of $1 to $15 million and 5 or more employees.
