Gary Walker, 43 years old, grew up in Kansas City and joined the U.S. Air Force at 17. He is married to his high school sweetheart, Trish; they have been married for 25 years this August. Together they have two children and started Magic Touch Cleaning 17 years ago. Gary and Trish also own Bullseye International, Inc. and Return to Green, LLC. Gary is nationally recognized as "The King of Green" and has ben featured in several magazines, newspaper, and internet articles as well as national and local TV. Gary is a Service Disabled Veteran and supports many philanthropic causes through the Gary and Trish Walker Foundation. He has Kansas City's first all green talk show "Go Green with the King" on 1140 am KCXL, with webcast at www.kcxl.com, Mondays noon to one. His broadcasts showcases KC businesses that are making sustainable efforts within their companies. Gary, along with Missouri State Representative Will Krause, wrote and helped pass a green cleaning bill (Senate Bill 1181) taking Missouri K-12 schools green in the fall of 2009. Gary was also appointed by the Governor to the committee charged with writing the green cleaning guidelines and recommendations just adopted by the Missouri state school board.
