Learning Objectives:
  • Evaluate and analyze the need for wellness
  • Not all companies are alike - what type of wellness program will you need?
  • Learn how to implement and manage the program
  • Get a step by step outline of how to implement a successful wellness program at your company including incenting "wellness" behavior
  • How to measure the effectiveness of your plan - pre and post HRA assessments
