We are entering a new era in healthcare.  It is an era that will rely on employers to be more informed and involved in the healthcare management of their employees.  This program will provide insight into how we got here and what we do now. 
 
Learning Objectives:
  • Learn about the financial impact of comprehensive wellness programs
  • Understand how the health of the workforce impacts the success of their business
  • Learn how comprehensive wellness programs and investments on prevention will provide a return on investment through tax credits and tax subsidies

Matt Condon is one of the co-founders of Athletic & Rehabilitation Center and serves and the company's Chief Executive Officer.  ARC is the region's premier provider of physical and occupational therapy, rehabilitation, work conditioning programs, and individualized functional employment testing including post-offer employment testing.  Condon's team is highly regarded for combining excellence in customer care, state-of-the-art technology and methodology with experienced, specialized & caring therapists to improve our client's quality of health, performance & life.  Matt is best known in the business and healthcare community as a professional who puts words into action.  His overriding philosophy is to redefine "Excellence" in healthcare.  His work has paid off in savings for area employers and growth for ARC.  Under Matt's guidance, ARC has grown from one clinic to nine clinics with over 50 therapists and a staff of nearly 75 compay-wide in seven years time.  ARC is proud to have been named the Greater Kansas City Chamber of Commerce's Small Business of the Year in 2010. 

Matt & the professionals at ARC work closely with case managers, physicians, insurance companies, PPOs, TPAs, and employers to design programs that improve outcomes, help employees return to work more quickly and with less chance of re-injury, and positively impact employers work comp budgets.  

Parking will be validated for the West Yard Garage, the 4 story parking garage located on the northwest side of Union Station.  Our offices are located in the southwest corner of Union Station above the post office.  Take the elevator or stairs to the 2nd floor conference room.
