With 20 years experience in the nonprofit association management profession, Sarah and her team will share their enthusiasm for and insights into how to develop a virtual office. They're passionate about helping other organizations discover how a virtual office enables an organization to operate effectively, efficiently, and successfully to meet the demands of the 21st century.
At the conclusion of the session, participants will:
Understand the process and benefits of developing a virtual office
Understand the importance of a communication strategy to maintain a virtual office
Understand how to make their virtual office secure
Have the information needed to take the correct steps to develop their own virtual office
Realize how a virtual office will create a " sustainable" organization that will strengthen their competitive position in the marketplace

Sarah, owner of Woody Bibens & Associates (WBA) is a MU graduate with 20 years of project/association management experience. She enjoys world travel and running marathons. She will be joined by Lisa Kliethermes, a MU graduate and WBA's graphics designer and Emily Bibens, a graduate of the University of Cambridge, United Kingdom, and a consultant with WBA.
