Delivering World Class Service
Presented by Troy Harrison, SalesForce Solutions
October 19, 2011
11 a.m. to 1 p.m.

Companies that truly deliver great service deserve to be called World Class.  Do you measure up?  Most organizations fail to reach World Class level because they only measure themselves against other direct competitors and settle for 'as good as' the competition.  World Class Service means that you can get someone to spend all their money on our product and have them thank you for it!  We will discuss these companies that deliver World Class Service and show you the traits of those companies for implementation in your organization.

Learning Objectives:
  • Understand what you really need to sell (hint - it's probably not what you think you sell)
  • Spot and remove "guarding" behavior, the biggest obstacle to World Class Service
  • Know where and how a World Class Service commitment starts
  • Learn the four key traits of World Class Service so you can implement them
  • Understand who affects the Total Customer Experience

Troy Harrison is the author of "Sell Like You Mean It!" a 2008 Axiom Business Book of the Year nominee.  As the President of SalesForce Solutions, he helps companies build powerful and profitable sales forces through sales training, consulting, and recruiting.  He is an emerging national thought leader in the science of selling, being frequently sought out by publications like Selling Power Magazine, Small Business CEO, Independent Dealer, The Wall Street Journal Digital Network, CareerBuilder, and many others for his expertise and insight.
