Culture Gaps & How to Close Them
There's the culture your organization desires and then there's the culture your organization actually has. Do you notice that sometimes they don't match? Come learn how to assess culture gaps and ways to close them.
At the conclusion of the session, participants will:
Receive a working definition of organization culture
Know how to identify the culture your organization aspires to (core values, beliefs, core/guiding principles)
Recognize gaps between an organization's current culture versus their desired culture
Take home a culture assessment tool
Leave with at least three ideas for how to close culture gaps
