A company's reputation is one of its' greatest competitive assets.  What are the elements of a positive reputation?  What's the connection between reputation and the bottom line?  You'll find out at this seminar and leave with a template for creating a reputation action plan.

  • Understand how each employee contributes to, or detracts from, the reputation of a business

  • Understand the concept of the "reservoir of goodwill " and why it's so important to busines
