Critical decisions are made on a daily basis. Sometimes there is time to analyze; sometimes they must be made on the fly. How can you ensure those decisions will lead to the future you want for your business? We will link daily decision-making to strategic and tactical planning as well as to the development and use of your core competencies.
Learning Objectives:
Learn a strategic planning process that is flexible and realistic
Develop the links between strategic and tactical planning
Explore the identification of your organizations's core competencies
Tie it all together with a model that leverages your strategic plan and your core competencies for effective decision making
