Building Loyalty One Donor at a Time
Developing a growing relationship with your donors will not only increase giving but also help you attract more donors like your best donors. While it is easier than ever to communicate, connecting in a meaningful manner is more difficult. This talk explores integrating marketing channels while addressing individual donors.
At the conclusion of the session, participants will:
Understand the fundamentals of 1:1 multi-channel marketing
Know when to use 1:1 techniques for donor acquisition, retention, and loyalty
Know why and how to segment donors down to the individual
Know how and why to effectively communicate outcomes in a rewarding manner
Know how to compound the value of your donor database
This session is open to both Chamber members and Council on Philanthropy members. If you are a Council member and would like to register, please contact The Chamber at brainfood@kcchamber.com or (816) 374-5472. Please be sure to mention that you are a member of the Council on Philanthropy.
