Smith, 2002 Nobel Prize Winner in Economics and Professor of Economics and Law at George Mason University, will participate in a panel discussion on "Fundamentals of Capital Markets: Efficiency and Timing". Other panelists include Robert E. Litan, Vice President of Research and Policy at the Kauffman Foundation and Director of Economic Studies and Cabot Family Chair in Economics at the Brookings Institute, and Harold S. Bradley, Senior Vice President, Chief Investment Officer, U.S. Growth Equities Small and Midcap, American Century Investments.
