Kansas City Art & Architecture: How Do We Measure Up?
Join us for a guided "tour" of Kansas City architecture as Susan Richards Johnson, AIA, principal, Susan Richards Johnson & Associates, and David Dowell, Assoc. AIA, principal, el dorado, inc., co-chairs of the recent AIA Kansas City Design Awards program, identify and discuss exactly what constitutes good architectural design. Our "tour" also includes the winning entries in the 2006 design competition, submitted by local architecture firms and juried by nationally-known architects. Don't miss this opportunity to see the elements of excellence in design that made these buildings winners.
