Name: Arts & Issues: Hallmark Writers & Artists on Tour
Date: June 8, 2005
Time: 11:45 AM - 1:00 PM CDT
Event Description:

Cost: $15 for non- Central Exchange members

A greeting card can warm a heart, tickle a funny bone, woo a sweetheart, toast a bride, wave a goodbye, mend a quarrel, and much more. How do the creators of these prolific cards get their inspiration? Join us to meet Hallmark greeting card writers and artists Eric Brace and Lee Franklin as they discuss their own sources of inspiration and give us a behind-the-scenes look at the creation of Hallmark greeting cards. Our speakers enjoy hearing about how greeting cards have touched our lives and/or the lives of someone we know, so please consider sharing a story about how a card has made a difference for you.
