A Look Inside the Tents:
Kansas City ranks third among the country's largest 50 metro areas in the number of festivals, fairs and cultural gatherings per capita, according to the Urban Institute. Kansas City's numerous art fairs are a lively component of our cultural landscape, drawing artists and tourists from across the United States, as well as art enthusiasts from all corners of our metro area. Without concerning viewers with gallery etiquette or imposing marble structures, Kansas City's art fairs provide a friendly, approachable, environment to view and buy great art.
Come take a look inside of the tents of the Hidden Glen Arts Festival, Platte County Arts Fair at Zona Rosa, and the Plaza Art Fair and learn about what it takes to make an art fair great.

This program is presented in partnership with The Central Exchange, The Greater Kansas City Chamber of Commerce, and the Kansas City Business Committee for the Arts.
