2006 Missouri Public Policy Agenda Wrap Up 10-27

Don't miss the Wrap-Up meeting for the coming year's Missouri public policy agenda. 

At the agenda hearings (Sept. 29 & October 7), Chamber members are invited to present information on their respective business legislative issues. Presenters explain their issues and ask the committee to approve and adopt particular positions.

After review by the governing bodies of the Missouri and Kansas State Affairs committees, the Wrap-Up meeting is held, at which time the committee will review and adopt issues that will be recommended to the Board for inclusion in the 2006 Public Policy Agenda. In developing the agenda, the committee will consider information from the agenda planning meetings, committee member input, and Chamber staff recommendations.  This process is open to any member of The Chamber and it is an excellent way to begin involvement with Government Relations at The Chamber.

September 29:  Hearing 1  12:00 - 1:30 

October 7: Hearing 2 12:00-1:30

October 27:  Wrap-Up Meeting  12:00 - 1:00
